Data controller and contact
The form is used to receive your project request and contact you about it. You can send questions and requests about your personal data to iletisim@dijvera.com.
Information collected
- Contact details: your name and email address; company name is optional.
- Project details: your selected service and message; timing and budget range are optional.
- Security verification: Cloudflare Turnstile is used to prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare states that it may process technical signals such as IP address, browser information, TLS fingerprint and site key or source to detect bots and improve Turnstile. The Turnstile response is sent to the verification service and is not included in the form email.
Purpose and collection method
We collect the information electronically through the website form to receive and assess your request, contact you and discuss the project scope. Form information is not automatically added to a marketing list.
Service providers and transfers
During submission, Turnstile sends technical signals to Cloudflare for bot verification. Cloudflare explains that it may process these signals to detect bots and improve Turnstile. The form response is sent to Resend to deliver an email to iletisim@dijvera.com. The message includes your name, email address, selected service, any optional fields and project message. Email is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and received in a Google Gmail mailbox.
Resend processes email content and delivery records in the United States and retains them for 30 days while the account is open on Free, Pro and Scale plans; deletion after account closure may take up to 90 days. Resend states that its standard data processing agreement includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses and that it has not signed the Turkish KVKK standard contract. Cloudflare and Google may also process data while routing and receiving the email. Use of these services may involve transfers abroad; provider terms do not in themselves establish compliance with Turkish transfer requirements.
Retention and legal basis
Contact and project information needed to respond and discuss your request is retained for no more than 12 months after the request is concluded, then deleted from the email inbox. If a contract is formed, or records are needed to establish, exercise or protect a right, relevant information may be retained for the period required for that purpose. Resend’s own retention period is described above.
Information necessary to assess your project request and take pre-contractual steps at your request is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. When you contact us on behalf of a company, necessary contact details are processed under the data controller’s legitimate interest, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Data is not used for marketing.
Your rights and requests
You can initially send requests relating to the contact form to iletisim@dijvera.com. Under Turkish data protection law, you may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and deletion where conditions are met, ask about recipients, and object or seek compensation where statutory conditions apply.
